St. Paul’s Hospital- Kasese was founded by the Anglican Church of Uganda, South Rwenzori Diocese in 1989 under the Norwegian Integrated Rural Development Program (IRDP). The facility is owned by the Diocese, managed and supervised by the Board of Governors. The facility exists to improve the health status of the communities in Kasese Municipality and the District at large by providing affordable, accessible, quality and equitable health services.
